How long does shipping take and cost?

Australian and international shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey. NIICE endeavours to process and deliver your orders as fast as possible, with care and efficiency.

Mostly yes. Every product includes a detailed size guide and/or product details to help you choose the right fit including whether the item is oversized and the size the model is wearing. If you're unsure, our team is always happy to assist before you place your order. 

Are your products suitable for all seasons?

Yes. We release modest collections throughout the year including lightweight pieces for warmer weather and cosy knitwear and layering pieces for winter.

Can I return/exchange my order?

At NIICE, we do not refund. However, we do exchange and/or provide store credit for eligible items if the size or style isn't quite right. Please read our Refund Policy for more information and then visit our Returns Portal to begin the process. 

Do you sell modest work wear?

Yes. We have a variety of comfortable, modest and polished office outfits such as blazers, tailored pants and structured shirts as well as modest matching sets and co-ords and premium hijabs that will look put together all day.

Do you sell outfits suitable for weddings and special occasions?

Yes. NIICE stocks elegant long sleeve and floor length modest dresses and timeless pant and skirt sets suitable for weddings, engagements, Eid celebrations, graduations and other special occasions.
