Very bad customer service

I have bought a n abayah jacket Nd received with oil stain on the neck I contacted the customer service for about a month Nd till now the didn’t get any proper answer
I got the item faulty Nd none help
I’m very disappointed I would never buy again from them (( the abayah is beautiful ))
